What this service is

Call Pest Pros is a free call-connection service. When you call a number on this site, we connect you with an independent local pest control company from our partner network. We are not a pest control company, we do not perform services, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

No guarantees about providers

Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, and workmanship. Being connected through this service does not mean we endorse a particular provider, and we do not guarantee availability, response times, prices, or the outcome of any work. Verify license and insurance before hiring anyone — a good pro expects the question.

How we are compensated

Our partner networks pay us for connecting consumers with service providers. The service is free for you, and providers' quotes are their own.

Calls

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance; you will hear a notice before recording begins. Standard carrier rates from your phone plan may apply. Do not use this service for emergencies involving immediate danger — call 911.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no auto-dialing our numbers, no fraudulent or harassing calls, no scraping or republishing the site, no interfering with its operation.

Liability

The site and service are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or service is limited to $100. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers or partner networks.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
