Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states, you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

Here is our plain-English situation: this website itself collects nearly nothing — no forms and no cookies, and the only analytics is Cloudflare's cookieless page-view counter, which collects no personal data and never sells or shares it. The information that moves is what happens when you call: your caller ID and what you describe are routed to our partner network and the independent provider you asked to be connected with, and our partners compensate us for that connection. Under some state laws, that counts as "sharing".

To opt out, email hello@callpestpros.com with the subject "Do not sell or share" and include the phone number you called from, so we can locate and suppress your records. We will confirm within the timeframe your state's law requires. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals; since we set no cookies, there is no browser-side sale or sharing to opt out of.

Note the practical trade-off: the service is the connection. If you opt out of sharing and then call asking to be connected with a provider, we can't do one without the other — we will explain this on the call and only proceed with your consent.
